How to Marinate a Fish

You will need

Instruction
Heat 1 liter of water in a saucepan. Take the gauze, put it in two layers, if the gauze is very rare - in three layers. Put spices on it: cloves, cinnamon, allspice, coriander. Spices for marinade to take on the basis of taste preferences.
Tie gauze and dip in water, add 10-15 g of sugar, 10 g of salt, ground black pepper and 20 g of 6% vinegar. Boil the marinade for half an hour, then cool and remove the gauze with spices.
Wash the fish, clean the scales, cut off the head, fins and tail, gut. Large fish cut lengthwise and into pieces, small leave entirely or cut in half. You can remove the ridge with bones and fillets cut into large pieces.
The fish is kept under the marinade for 3-4 hours, then put into sterile jars, pour in the new marinade, add a leaf of bay leaf and close.
