How to smoke mackerel

You will need
    • 1 fresh mackerel
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons of "liquid smoke"
  • convection oven
Instruction
Mackerelwe carve, we remove head, insides.
Wash and dry with a paper towel.
Rub the fish with salt inside and out.
Coat the fish with liquid smoke.
Put in a tight plastic bag.
Pour into the package the remnants of "liquid smoke."
We tie the bag tightly so that nothing is spilled and shake the fish several times so that the “liquid smoke” is distributed.
Leave for 30 minutes to marinate.
Marinated fish reach, promakivaem paper towel and place on the middle grid in convection oven.
Set the average fan speed, temperature 205 degrees and cook for 30 minutes.
Ready mackerel must be cooled.
