Tip 2: How to make healthy breakfast cookies?

You will need
  • The basis:
  • - 120 g of oatmeal long cooking;
  • - 100 g wholemeal flour;
  • - 60 grams of favorite nuts;
  • - 120 g of water;
  • - 2 tbsp. liquid honey;
  • - 1 tsp. cinnamon;
  • - a pinch of vanillin.
  • Curd cream:
  • - 300 g of baked pumpkin;
  • - 200 g low-fat cottage cheese;
  • - 1 orange.
Instruction
With the help of a food processor or coffee grinder to turn oatmeal and nuts into small chips. Sift flour with a pinch of vanilla and a teaspoon of cinnamon, mix with oat-nut mixture.
Water slightly warm and dissolve with it a tablespoon of honey. Mix with dry ingredients and knead the dough. It will be pleasant in work: it is quite elastic, it will be easy to roll.
Heat the oven to 170 degrees and cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Roll out the dough and cut out of it using a glass or a cookie. Put them on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Squeeze the juice out of the orange and remove the zest from it using a fine grater.
